Setting your ski bindings
It's important that the ski bindings of your skis are set correctly. First there's safety: to prevent injuries like broken legs or ligament injury the binding should open when there's too much strain on the lower leg. At the same time you want to ski comfortably; the binding shouldn't open unnecessarily.
Optimum binding settings basically depend on
your weight and ski skills.
The following table is taken from the ski binding setting's instruction sheet used by Decathlon .
